The launch of the scheme is scheduled for September 15, coinciding with the birth anniversary of former Chief Minister C N Annadurai. During a virtual review of the program, Chief Minister M K Stalin underscored the importance of efficient implementation. He instructed Chief Secretary Shiv Das Meena to guide district collectors in closely overseeing the execution of the Kalaignar Magalir Urimai Thogai Thittam to ensure its effective delivery to the intended recipients. To keep beneficiaries well-informed and up-to-date about the scheme, the government will employ SMS notifications, ensuring that eligible women receive timely information about the program and any pertinent updates.
