Cabinet Approves IndiaAI Mission with Rs. 10,371.92 Crore Budget to Catalyze AI Innovation

In line with the vision of Making AI in India and Making AI Work for India, the Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi has approved the comprehensive national-level IndiaAI mission with a budget outlay of Rs. 10,371.92 crore.

Components of IndiaAI Mission

  1. IndiaAI Compute Pillar
    • Objective: To establish a scalable AI computing ecosystem to meet the demands of India’s expanding AI startups and research ecosystem.
