Inaugural Address by Sh. Jitin Prasada 

Union Minister of State Sh. Jitin Prasada highlighted the significant role of Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) and emphasized the potential for CSCs to drive change in the next 15 years, particularly in healthcare, e-commerce, and AI. He also stressed the importance of making weather and agriculture information available through CSCs.

S. Krishnan acknowledged the pivotal role of CSCs in promoting rural enterprise and digital inclusion, especially for rural citizens. He emphasized the essential role of CSCs in bridging the last mile gap in government schemes.

Achievements and Initiatives 

The vast network of CSC centers has made significant contributions to various schemes such as Digital Literacy, Tele-Medicine, Insurance, Tele-law, and Skill development. Sh. Krishnan emphasized the importance of breaking the digital divide and praised CSC’s efforts in digital education and cyber learning.

Remarks by Shri Sanjay Rakesh, Managing Director, CSC SPV 

Sanjay Rakesh highlighted the active engagement of CSC SPV in delivering government services, promoting digital literacy, and extending services to deprived regions and tribal communities through VLEs. He also emphasized the role of VLEs as local influencers and CSC’s impact as a social change maker.

Recognition and Collaboration 

46 top performing VLEs, Aadhaar Seva Kendra (ASK) Operators, and District Managers were felicitated during the program. Additionally, an MoU was exchanged between CSC SPV and the Department of Higher Education for Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) Ids and Educational Services delivery through CSCs.
