Khelo India Women’s Hockey League 22 for Under-16

The Khelo India Women’s Hockey League 22 for Under-16 will start  at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium in New Delhi from 16 August 2022.

This will be the 1st phase of the League which will go on till 23rd August.

Each winning team will be awarded three points, one point for each team in the event of a draw and zero points for the losing side. The matches will start at 6:30 am every day with the last match being played at 5 pm.

Khelo India Youth Games (KIYG), formerly Khelo India School Games (KISG), are the annual national level multidisciplinary grassroot games in India held in January or February for two categories, namely under-17 years school students and under-21 college students. Every year best 1,000 kids will be given an annual scholarship of ₹5 lakh (US$6,300) for 8 years to prepare them for the international sporting events.
