Malayalam Cinema’s Comedy King Innocent Passes Away At 75

Malayalam actor and former MP Innocent passed away at a private hospital in Kochi on Sunday at the age of 75. Innocent was surviving cancer and was later admitted to the VPS Lakeshore Hospital in Kochi on March 3 after he complained of uneasiness and breathing issues.

The 75-year-old actor has not been well for some time. He made his debut in 1972 with ‘Nrithasala’ and had a glorious career of five decades featuring in more than 750 films. Some of his popular films included ‘Ramji Rao Speaking’, ‘Nadodikkattu’, ‘Mukunthetta Sumitra Vilikkunnu’, and Vadakkunokkiyantram.’
