Whatsapp messages: Whatsapp is used by millions of people across the globe. The users were demanding a feature to edit the sent messages just like Telegram. Now, Whatsapp has hinted in its beta updates that this feature might be available soon. The report stated that messages can be edited within 15 minutes and will be marked with an “edited” label within the message bubble. The ability to edit messages is currently under development.

WhatsApp (WhatsApp Messenger) is an internationally available freeware, cross-platform, centralized instant messaging (IM) and voice-over-IP (VoIP) service owned by US tech conglomerate Meta.
WhatsApp was founded in February 2009 by Brian Acton and Jan Koum, former employees of Yahoo. It was acquired by Facebook in February 2014 for approximately US$19.3 billion. It became the world’s most popular messaging application by 2015, and had more than 2 billion users worldwide by February 2020. By 2016, it had become the primary means of Internet communication in regions including Latin America, the Indian subcontinent, and large parts of Europe and Africa.
