The tournament, held in Colombo, Sri Lanka, from 13th to 23rd July 2023, witnessed intense competition among eight participating teams, including India A, Sri Lanka A, Bangladesh A, Afghanistan A, Oman A, Pakistan A, Nepal A, and United Arab Emirates.

This triumph is not the first for Pakistan A, as they had already claimed the title in the 2019 edition by defeating Bangladesh in the finals. Their exceptional performance in consecutive tournaments solidifies their position as a dominant force in emerging cricket.
