- The Sports Minister, Anurag Singh Thakur, and LG of J&K, Manoj Sinha launched the Mascot, Theme Song, and Jersey for the 3rd edition of Khelo India Winter Games in Jammu & Kashmir.
- The Winter Games are scheduled to be held from 10-14 February 2023 at Gulmarg, J&K.
- It is supported by the Ministry of Sports and organized by the J&K Sports Council and Winter Games Association, J&K.
- Mascot: Snow Leopard (depicts the vibrant heritage of the Himalayas)
