- Passenger Comfort: Provision of Executive Lounges and designated spaces for business meetings.
- Sustainable Development: Emphasis on landscaping, station building enhancements, and integration with city infrastructure.

- Amenities for All: Ensuring facilities are available for Divyangjans (persons with disabilities) and focus on sustainable, environmentally friendly solutions.
