Governor Das’s attainment of this recognition positions him at the forefront of the elite category of central bank governors who have earned an ‘A’ grade. Alongside him in this exclusive league of central bank leaders awarded an ‘A+’ grade in the Global Finance Central Banker Report Cards 2023 are Thomas J.
