Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has unveiled Rs 1,18,500 crore budget for Jammu & Kashmir for the next financial year.

The 23rd Commonwealth Law Conference was inaugurated today by Goa Governor P.S. Sreedharan Pillai.
